About the Club

Our teams play in the Gabba Sporting Products Cup competition conducted by Cricket Gold Coast. All teams other than the Masters, (over 40’s) play on Saturdays in either a 1 or 2 day format. Our 1^st and 2^nd grade teams play on turf whilst our 3rds and 4^th grade teams play on synthetic wickets. The Masters play on turf every 2^nd Sunday.

Our refurbished clubhouse is situated at Hession Oval, 59 Parkes Drive Helensvale. It is also where we conduct all club training sessions. All senior grades will train on Tuesday nights and Thursday nights. Juniors are split over Tuesday, Wed and Friday nights.

1^st and 2^nd grade team selections are completed after training on Tuesday nights. 3^rd, and 4^th grades teams are selected after training on Tuesday nights. Team selection is based upon grade form, attendance at training and payment of membership fees. Players that are not financial will not be considered for selection, regardless of their grade form.

All senior club members are expected to join their teammates on Saturday night for a post match gathering where player awards and match reports by the captains are tabled. A new calendar of club events are posted each year and all members are welcome to attend. The clubhouse has a well stocked bar and has a wide range of food options available from the kitchen.
